What we collect

We collect the information you give us at registration (name, email, date of birth, parish, relationship stage), your learning activity (listening progress, assessment answers, reflections), and support conversations.

How we use it

We use your information to run the program: to track your progress, issue certificates, communicate with you, and support you. Reflections are private by default and are shared only when you choose.

Who can see it

Program staff see only what their role requires. Pastoral conversations are visible only to your assigned mentor and diocesan administrators, and every such view is logged.

Your rights

You can download all of your data or request deletion from your account page at any time.
